摘 要:目的探讨不同负荷剂量苯巴比妥静注治疗窒息患儿的疗效。方法选取我院2011年6月至2015年10月重症监护病房收治的重度窒息患儿60例,随机分为高负荷量组(给予高负荷量苯巴比妥静注治疗,30 mg/kg)和低负荷量组(给予低负荷量苯巴比妥静注治疗,10 mg/kg),各30例。对比两组患儿呼吸功能及脑损伤的恢复情况。结果两组患者均存在呼吸功能障碍及脑损伤情况,其中,高负荷量组患儿的呼吸、反射、肌张力及意识恢复时间均短于低负荷量组,1周内症状完全消失率高于低负荷量组,死亡率低于低负荷量组(P<0.05)。结论高负荷剂量苯巴比妥静脉注射治疗新生儿窒息,可更快促进呼吸功能及脑损伤的恢复。Objective To investigate the curative effect of different doses of phenobarbital on the respiratory dysfunction and brain damage on children with asphyxia. Methods Sixty cases of children with severe asphyxia in our hospital of intensive care unitfrom from June 2011 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divide into high load group (received high dose of phenobarbital intravenous therapy, 30 mg/kg) and low load group (accepted low dose of phenobarbital intravenous therapy, 10 mg/kg), with 30 cases in each group. The recovery of respiratory function and brain injury in the two groups was compared. Results Respiratory dysfunction and brain damage existed in the two groups, the respiratory, reflect, muscular tension and consciousness recovery time in the high load group were shorter than those of the low load group, the complete disappearance of symptoms within 1 week was higher than that of the low-load group, the mortality rate was lower than that of the low load group (P〈0.05). Conclusion High dose of phenobarbital intravenous injection on children with asphyxia has a faster respiratory function and brain damage recovery.
