高强度聚焦超声治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的临床效果。方法对我院30例经临床确诊为剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的患者用HIFU进行治疗,治疗后3天清宫,监测患者术中妊娠灶清除情况、出血量,术后月经、HCG恢复情况。结果 30例患者术中均成功清除突向宫内病灶。术后3天清宫术中平均出血40 mL;术后1月,25例血HCG值降至正常,24例月经恢复正常;术后2个月,2例血HCG值降至正常,6例月经恢复正常。结论高强度聚焦超声治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠为安全、有效、实用的方法,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods Thirty cases of patients with cesarean scar pregnancy were treated with HIFU in our hospital. On the 3 day after treatment, the curettage was carried, and then the removal of pregnancy, amount of blood loss, recovery of menstruation, and recovery of HCG of the patients were monitored. Results All the 30 patients were successfully removed the fetal lesions. On the 3 day after operation, the average bleeding was 40 mL; after 1 month, 25 cases of blood HCG value decreased to normal, and the normal menstruation of the 24 cases returned to normal; after 2 months, 2 cases of blood HCG value decreased to normal, and the normal menstruation of the 6 cases returned to normal. Conclusion HIFU is a safe, effective and practical method for the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
