摘 要:目的分析HIS条件下住院统计数据存在的质量问题及成因,探讨保证住院统计数据质量的方法。方法随机抽取在本院住院治疗且已出院的患者病案472份,与HIS系统中的病案首页情况、报表中的数据进行比较,分析住院统计数据中存在的问题,并探讨形成原因及解决对策。结果住院统计数据存在的质量问题包含统计报表中数据不一致、床位使用率统计错误、患者数量"假增多"等。结论 HIS条件下,住院统计数据存在较多的质量问题,这与医护人员不了解HIS系统功能、责任心差等因素有关,故医院管理者应加强对医护人员的培训,以提升住院统计数据质量。Objective To analyze the quality problems and causes of inpatient statistics in Hospital Information System (HIS), and to explore the methods to ensure the quality of inpatient statistical data. Methods Four hundred and seventy-two medical records of patients who hospitalized in our hospital and discharged were selected, which were compared with the data of the medical records in the HIS system and the data in the report. The problems in the statistical data were analyzed and the causes and countermeasures were explored. Results The quality problems of the inpatient statistics include the inconsistent data in the statistical report, the statistical error of the bed utilization rate, the number of patients "increased false" and so on. Conclusion Under the HIS conditions, many problems exist in the quality of statistical data. This are related to the medical staff barely understond system function, poor sense of responsibility and other factors. Hospital administrators should strengthen the training of medical staff to improve the quality of inpatient statistical data.
