摘 要:为实现采煤机截割过程中煤岩界面的有效动态识别,测试和提取不同煤岩比例条件下截齿截割的红外热图像,分析截齿表面温度场分布规律与截割闪温特征,得到不同煤岩比例条件下截齿截割温度特征数据库,建立基于最小模糊度优化的采煤机煤岩界面动态识别模型。试验结果表明:截齿在截割不同比例煤岩试件时,齿尖均产生突兀的瞬时闪温区,岩石比例越大,其闪温值越高。该系统可实现煤岩界面的在线、精确动态识别,可为提高采煤机的截割效率和实现滚筒智能调高控制提供重要的技术手段和理论依据。In order to realize the effective dynamic recognition of the coal-rock interface during the cutting process of the coal shearer, the cutting infrared thermal image of the cutting picks under the condition of the different coal and rock percentages were tested and obtained. The distribution law of the pick surface temperature field and the cutting flash temperature features were analyzed. Under the condition of the different coal and rock percentage, the database of the pick cutting temperature features were obtained and a coal and rock interface dy- namic recognition model of the coal shearer was established based on the rain fuzzy optimization. The test results showed that during the cutting of the different percentage coal and rock specimens, the unexpected instantaneous flash zone would be occurred at the tooth tip of the pick and the higher rock percentage would have a higher flash temperature value. The system could realize the on-line and accurate dynamic recognition of the coal and rock interface and could provide the important technical means and the theoretical basis to improve the cutting efficiency of the coal shearer and to realize the intelligent control of the cutting drum.
