摘 要:为解决刮板输送机链传动系统动力学分析中建模困难、耗时费力的问题,在ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件中,利用APDL语言建立了刮板输送机链传动系统的参数化有限元模型,并实现了参数化动力学分析,可研究各种型号的刮板输送机在不同工况下的运行情况。以某刮板输送机为例,分析了不同转速下链轮和链条的动力学响应:链窝底部存在较大的接触力,以提供链环转矩;链轮转速越大,链条振动加剧,频率增大,振幅增加,对链轮产生更大的冲击;链环与链轮啮合过程中存在接触滑移。最后根据仿真结果提出了优化改进建议。In order to solve the modeling diffieuhy in the dynamics analysis of the chain driving system in the scraper conveyor and the time consuming and strenuosity problems,with the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,an APDL language was applied to establish a parameterized fi- nite element model of the chain driving syslem in the scraper conveyor. A parameterized dynamics analysis could be realized and could study the operation condition of each type scraper conveyor under the different performances. Finally,a scraper conveyor was selected and an analysis was condncted on the dynamics response of the sprocket and chain nnder the different revolution. There was a great contact force existed in the chain bottom in order to provide the torque of the chain ring. The higher the sprocket speed, the chain vibration would be more serious,the frequency would be increased, the amplitude would be increased and the higher impact would be occurred to the sprocket. There was a contact sliding existed in the gearing process of the chain ring and the sprocket.
