摘　　要：抗战爆发后,太行山区的"二流子"人数不断增加,并滋生出诸多问题。为此,太行抗日根据地政府在区别分类的基础上,通过思想感化教育、解决实际困难、组织群众监督、制造舆论压力等手段,对"二流子"这一社会异质力量进行了改造,清除了原先的不良习气和嗜好,使其回归乡村主流群体当中,从而促进了根据地经济社会的健康发展,支持了革命战争的胜利进行。After the outbreak of the anti - Japanese war, the increasing number of idlers in Taihang Mountain brings many problems. Therefore, the government in Taihang anti-Japanese base areas first classifies the idlers and then re- moulds them through a series of measures such as carrying out the ideological and influential education, solving their practical difficulties, organizing the mass to supervise the idlers, and putting them under the pressure of public opin- ions, etc. As a result, the idlers get rid of the bad habits and hobbies, return to the mainstream groups in the country- side. The transformation of the idlers promotes the healthy development of the economy and the society, and offers supports for the revolutionary war.
