摘  要:振动式滚磨光整加工技术自20世纪50年代出现以来,不断得到工业应用,在去毛刺和光整加工领域具有重要的影响。介绍了振动式滚磨光整加工技术的内涵,从激振方式、夹具设计、器壁类型、隔振弹簧、卸料方式、筛分功能、介质流通和加工控制等方面分析了振动式滚磨光整加工设备及特点;对振动式滚磨光整加工的理论分析与模型建立、工艺参数优化、先进测试分析方法等方面的研究进展进行了分析总结;最后对振动式滚磨光整加工的再发展进行了设备、工艺、模型及绿色集成创新等方面的展望,为振动式滚磨光整加工的应用及下一代振动式滚磨光整加工技术的研发提供了借鉴的方向。Since 1950s, vibratory finishing technology has been continuously applied by indus- try and has had an important impact in the field of deburring and finishing. The conception of vi- bratory finishing technology was introduced in this paper. The vibratory finishing machines and features were analyzed from the aspects of excitation mode, fixture design, container type, isola- tion spring, discharge mode, screening function, media circulation and processing control. The research progress of vibratory finishing technology was discussed and summarized from the as- pects of theoretical analysis and model development, process parameter optimization and advanced test analysis method. The further development of equipment, process, model and green finishing for vibratory finishing technology was proposed at the end of the paper. This paper provides a reference for the application of vibratory finishing technology and the development of the next generation vibratory finishing technology.
