摘　　要：充分发挥专家组作用是实现博士研究生"申请-考核"制改革目标、提高硕士研究生复试质量的关键因素,专家组的结构会对测试专家的行为选择产生影响,进而影响测试结果。从测试专家的角度,以博弈论为工具,对不同结构的专家组中测试专家的行为选择及结果进行分析,探讨影响考核测试结果的专家组结构性因素,并以此为基础提出专家组组织及考核过程管理等方面的政策性建议。Giving full play to expert panel is a key factor to the realization of the ＂application and assessment＂ system reform for doctoral student admission and to the quality enhancement of the final review for postgraduate admission. The structure of the expert panel influences the behavior of experts and the final option for candidates, which further affects the result of assessment. With the game theory as a tool, this paper, from the viewpoint of a panel expert, explores the structural factors that influence the assessment results of the panel, and further proposes, based on the research outcomes, policy suggestions on the organization of the panel and the management during assessment process.
