摘 要:海面回波多普勒谱的特性是研究高频雷达目标检测与海态遥感应用的理论基础。本文根据Barrick等人提出的一阶、二阶海面回波散射截面积方程,研究了海面回波谱的形成机理,并通过仿真试验分析了不同海态和雷达工作参数情况下的海面回波功率谱的特性。仿真结果表明,正、负一阶海面回波功率谱的相对大小受海面风向影响,通过一阶海面回波功率谱的相对大小可以反演海面风向信息;二阶海面回波谱受海面风速的影响,在海态遥感中可用于提取海面风速信息。但是,海态或雷达工作频率的增加将会引起二阶海面回波谱能量的增强,进而影响高频雷达的目标检测性能。For high frequency over-the-horizon radar, understanding the characteristics of echoes backscattered from the ocean surface is essential to further theoretical and experimental investigations in target detections and ocean remote sensing. Based on first-and second-order ocean surface cross sections developed by Barrick et al. , the scattering mechanism of the first-and second-order sea echoes are studied. In addition, the characteristics of sea echoes are analyzed based on simulation for different sea states and radar operating frequencies. It is shown that the ratio of positive and negative first - order sea echo spectra is related to ocean surface wind direction, which could be used to extract wind direction. Considering the second-order sea echo is a function of ocean sur- face wind speed,wind speed could be estimated based on the characteristics of sea echo. However,the second- order sea echo increases with the increase of wind speed or radar operating frequency, which would affect the performance of target detection.
