摘　　要：为了解决传统窗框饰板设计中存在的固定不牢固及不美观的问题,该文从窗框饰板的外观、定位、结构优化及与玻璃导槽密封条匹配设计等方面系统地分析了渐消式塑料窗框饰板的设计要点,改善了传统的因为固定不牢固而引起的实车外观匹配间隙等问题,从而提高了侧面装饰系统的外观感知效果,为后续滚压窗框车门项目的结构设计提供了实践指导。In order to solve the problem of Applique poor location and perceive quality,this paper systematically analyzes the design key points for fading-type Applique in aspeets of appearance, location, structure optimization and design solution with glass run channel. This new design solution not only solves the fit problem on the rear vehicle, which is caused by unstable location strategy, but also improves the side view appearance of the decoration system. The paper provides practical guidance for the future design of applied header Applique project.
