摘 要:高温高压钻井作业过程中面临诸多的困难和挑战,为了保障高温高压钻井作业的安全、减少复杂情况,提高作业效率,分析了高温高压钻井所面临的主要挑战,结合国内外的成功经验,提出了相应的应对措施。指出了高温高压钻井除面临压高温高压之外,还要克服地层可钻性差、钻井周期长、钻具易发生疲劳破坏、部分地层含硫化氢等酸性气体等对钻井作业所带来的一系列影响;研究认为科学选择钻井装备、钻井工艺和配套技术,加强现场组织管理对高温高压钻井作业的成功至关重要。高温高压钻井技术是一项系统工程,要不断积累经验、做好技术沉淀,完善相关技术标准和规范,为今后高温高压井的作业提供借鉴和参考。There are lots of difficulties and challenges during high pressure and high temperature drilling.In order to ensure the safety and improve the operation efficiency of high temperature and high pressure drilling,the main problems of high pressure drilling are analyzed in this paper.Combined with the successful experience at home and abroad,some corresponding measures were presented.For High temperature and high pressure drilling,except high pressure and high temperature,there are lots of difficulties,such as the poor drill ability,long term drilling,fatigue failure of drilling tools,influence of hydrogen sulfide and other acidic gases on drilling operation.It is very important for the success of the high temperature and high pressure drilling operation to strengthen the management at well site by selecting suitable drilling equipment,drilling technology and supporting technology.High temperature and high pressure drilling technology is a systematic project,it is necessary to continue accumulating experience,improve the relevant technical standards and regulations in order to provide reliable support and reference for high pressure and high temperature drilling in the future.
