摘　　要：目的探讨二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症临床疗效。方法选择医院2015年6月至2016年2月收治的多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者128例,随机均分为两组。常规组采用促排卵治疗方法,研究组先实施二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,再给予促排卵。比较两组患者的排卵情况和妊娠情况,治疗前后胰岛素抵抗指数和性激素水平,先兆流产发生率,不良反应发生率。结果研究组患者排卵情况和妊娠情况比常规组好(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者胰岛素抵抗指数和性激素水平比常规组患者好(P<0.05);研究组先兆流产发生率比常规组低(P<0.05);两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床疗效确切,可有效改善胰岛素抵抗指数和性激素水平,促进排卵,提高妊娠率,降低先兆流产发生率,安全有效,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Metformin combined with Ethinylestradiol- Cyproterone Acetate in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） combined with infertility. Methods Totally 128 patients with PCOS combined with infertility in our hospital from June 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The conventional group was treated with ovu- lation induction, while the study group was treated with Metformin combined with Ethinylestradiol- Cyproterone Acetate. The condition of ovulation and pregnancy, insulin resistance index and sex hormone levels before and after treatment, the incidence of threatened abortion in the two groups were observed. Results The condition of ovulation and pregnancy in the study group were better than those in the conventional group（ P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the insulin resistance index and sex hormone levels in the study group were better than those in the conventional group（P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence rate of threatened abortion in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion Metformin combined with Ethinylestradiol- Cyproterone Acetate in the treatment of PCOS combined with infertility has good effect, can effectively improve insulin resistance index and hormone levels, promote ovulation, improve the pregnancy rate, reduce the incidence of threatened abortion without significant adverse reaction. It is safe and effective, and worthy of clinical promotion.
