摘　　要：目的探讨葛根温胆颗粒联合颈部穴位推拿按摩治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取2014年2月至2016年7月在医院接受治疗的椎动脉型颈椎病患者82例,依据不同治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。观察组患者采用葛根温胆颗粒联合颈部穴位推拿按摩治疗,对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及症状改善情况。结果观察组患者总有效率为95.12%,显著优于对照组的80.49%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前左椎动脉(LVA)、右椎动脉(RVA)及椎-基底动脉(BA)的血流速度(Vpeak)比较无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后LVA,RVA,BA的V_(peak)显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用葛根温胆颗粒联合颈部穴位推拿按摩治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效显著,可快速改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gegen Wendan Granules combined with cervical acupoint massage in treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods Totally 82 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to July 2016 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods, 41 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Gegen Wendan Granules combined with cervical aeu- point massage, while the control group was given routine drug treatment. The therapeutic effects and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.12%, which was significantly higher than 80. 49% of the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Before treatment, the Vpok of LVA, RVA and BA in the two groups had no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05）, but after treatment, the Vpok of LVA, RVA and BA in the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Gegen Wendan Granules combined with cervical acupoint massage in treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis has good effect, it can quickly improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms and worthy of clinical promotion.
