摘　　要：介绍了某小型电机定子冲片复合模的结构设计、制造工艺和装配要点。该模具通过采用特殊的加工工艺方法和钳工装配手段,满足了凸模小、形状复杂、精度要求高的特点,完全达到了设计和使用要求,模具使用寿命长,制件质量好。This paper introduces a small motor special-shaped structure of compound die structure design, manufacturing and assembly. Processing technology of the die through the use of special methods and means of benchwork assembly, met the punch is small, the characteristics of complex shape, high precision, fully meet the design and use requirements, die service life is long, products of good quality.
