摘　　要：介绍了绕线轮一模多件的双层模具设计,利用哈夫块和斜导柱抽芯机构完成侧向抽芯,采用顺序开模机构顺序开模防止塑件的受力变形。该模具结构简单紧凑,生产效率高。This paper introduces the design of a new type of double injection mold for a reel, using half block and core pulling mechanism complete side core pulling, using the sequential mouldopening mechanism for preventing plastic part deformation. Structure of the mold is simple and compact, have high production efficiency
