关于城市人民公社“办一点服务性事业”的考证

摘　　要：《中国共产党历史第二卷(1949—1978)》(下册)第560页,在描述城市人民公社的实践活动时,做了有的城市人民公社用平调办法办"一点服务性事业"的论断。此论与当年的城市人民公社文献记这种表述有较大出入。通过考证,从理论与实践两个层面来看,城市人民公社所办服务性事业不只是"一点",而是"大量"。When describing the practical activities of urban people＇s communes, the book The History of The Communist Party of China （ 1949 - 1978 ） （ Vol. II, P560） made the assertion that some of the urban people＇s communes ran ＂a little service business＂ by using the method of unpaid allocation. Such assertion was dramatically different from the documentary records of urban people＇s communes at that time. Thus, it is a necessity to discuss, both from the theoretical and practical aspects, that the service business run by the urban people＇s communes was not ＂a little＂, but in a ＂large quantity＂.
