摘　　要：随着资源约束的不断加强,我国粮食供给压力逐渐加大。积极有效地开发和利用国际资本、资源和技术,成为保障我国粮食安全的重要途径。当前研究主要集中在利用国际资本、资源与技术保障我国粮食安全的效应评估和政策选择上,对粮食安全框架下国际资本、资源和技术的利用战略还缺乏系统研究,这可以成为今后理论和实践研究的一个重要方向。With the continuous strengthening of resource constraints, the pressure of food supply in China has gradually increased. Developing and using international capital, resources and technology actively and effectively is an important way to ensure China＇ s food security. A review of the related literatures finds that the current researches have focused on the effect assessment and the policy selection of food security in China by using international capital, resource and technology. The researches are insufficient in the strategy of utilizing international capital, resources and technology under the framework of food security, which may become an importantly theoretical and practical research in the future.
