论新媒体的技术特性与新发展理念的耦合

摘　　要："创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"发展是党中央在互联网时代提出的全新发展理念,它们和新媒体具有的数字化、融合性、共生性、网络化和互动性的技术特性高度耦合。这种耦合性的意义在于,新媒体内在地具有传播与弘扬五大发展理念的需要与特质。The new ideas of development, i.e. ＂ innovation, coordination, green development, openness, and sharing＂ proposed by the Party Central Committee in the era of Internet is highly coupled with the technical specialties of the new media featured by digitization, integration, intergrowth, internetization, and interactiveness. The significance of the coupling lies in that the new media intrinsically have had the need and the specialty of spreading and carrying forward the above five ideas of development.
