摘  要:以三羟甲基硫化膦和苯基硫代膦酰二氯为主要原料,合成了有机膦系阻燃剂1,4-二硫代-1-苯基-4-羟甲基-2,6-二氧杂-1,4-二磷杂环己烷,最适宜的反应条件为n_(苯基硫代膦酰二氯)∶n_(三羟甲基硫化膦为)1∶1.06,反应在90℃保温反应3 h,再升温至130℃反应6 h,产率达94.8%。通过FTIR,~1H-NMR,TG-DTA及极限氧指数等技术表征了产物的结构及性能。在不饱和树脂和环氧树脂中应用表明该化合物具有良好的阻燃性能。An organic phosphine flame retardant 1,4-dithio-l-phenyl-4-hydroxymethyl-2,6-dioxa-1,4-diphos- phinane was prepared by three hydroxyl methyl sulfide phosphine and Phenylphosphonothioic Dichloride. The optimal conditions were selected as follows: n[C6H5 Cl2PS]:n[C3H9 O3PS] is 1:1.06, kept the reaction going at 90 ℃ for 3 h, and then 130℃ for 6 h. The yield could reach 94.8%. The structure and flame retardance of the product were tested by means of FTIR, 1H NMR, TG-DTA analysis and LOI. The results showed that the product has a high flame-retardant efficiency for Unsaturated Polyester Resin or Epoxy resin.
