摘 要:面向多通道复杂混合信号的快速精确自动化测试需求,设计并实现了具有在线实时自动校准功能的CPCI总线专用组合测试系统。基于标准的CPCI总线J1/J2接口和扩展的后IO接口设计了专用信号调理模块和通用数据采集模块硬件,基于FPGA设计了测量转换时序与控制逻辑,基于Lab VIEW环境开发了自动测试软件。基于Matlab研究了自适应的分段拟合校准算法,实现了系统在线实时自动校准,校准后直流、交流、频率测量精度误差分别达到1‰、2%和0.1‰。测试结果表明,基于分段三次多项式拟合的自动校准方法能够快速有效降低系统非线性导致的测量误差,整套系统满足面向密集信号的快速装备测试需求。A CPCI-based measurement system with on-line automatic calibration was designed and fabri- cated dedicating for multi-channel complicated hybrid signalg fast and precise test. Dedicated signal regulating modules with a general data sampling module were designed based on CPCI J1/J2 ports and back board input/output interface, together with the FPGA-based measurement converting sequence and control logic. A set of automatic testing software was designed based on LabVIEW environment. In addition, a self-adapted segmental fitting algorithm for automatic calibration was investigated, with error of 1%o, 2%, and 0.1‰ achieved for DC, AC and time-varying singals measurement respectively. Test results show that, the automatic calibration method based on segmental cubic polynomial fitting can effectively and fast decrease the measurement error caused by system non-linear, which contributes for the satisfaction for equipment measurement requirements.
