摘　　要：优质的建筑施工管理能够保证建筑工程项目的建设速度和完成质量,因此,对建筑施工管理进行深入研究能够促进建筑行业的健康、可持续发展。基于此,论文对建筑施工管理进行了相关分析,并简单探究了绿色建筑施工管理的主要内容,以期对建筑行业情况的改善起到一定的帮助。High-quality construction management can ensure the construction quality and speed of construction engineering project, therefore, to conduct the thorough research to the construction management can promote the healthy and sustainable development of construction industry. Based on this, this paper analyzes the related aspects of construction management, and explores the main content of green building construction management simplely, hoping to have some help on the improvement of the construction industry situation.
