摘　　要：铁路车务系统是铁路运输行车作业中的重要组成部分,劳动人身安全是铁路运输生产的重要内容,结合当前我们铁路系统的车务系统方面存在的安全风险管理问题,以及安全管理体制的不健全,安全教育培训力度不够等问题,论文有针对性地分析了造成问题原因,并提出了相关的整改措施。Train operation system is an important part of the safety of railway transport operations, labor safety is an important part of railway transportation and production. Combining with the safety risk management problems existing in our current railway operation system, the imperfect of safety management system, and the problem of safety education and training is not enough, the paper analyzes the cause of these problems, and puts forward the relevant corrective measures.
