摘  要:探究镁合金与钛合金材料在治疗骨折过程中力学性能的同异.采用实验研究与数值模拟的方法:首先通过ANSYS进行有限元数值分析,并根据接骨板表面应力分布特点确定应力敏感区域位置即应变片贴片位置,然后对贴片位置应变进行预测,最后运用电测法测定镁合金接骨板和钛合金接骨板在治疗骨折过程中测点应变值,来验证数值模拟的准确性.在单一轴向载荷下,股骨内侧一般为压缩,接骨板侧(股骨外侧)一般为拉伸,镁合金接骨板与钛合金接骨板各测点的力学规律基本一致.且随着骨折的逐渐愈合,股骨内侧的应力逐渐增大,而接骨板上应力一般具有减小的趋势.故镁合金接骨板与钛合金接骨板在治疗骨折过程中具有相似的力学特性.The study is on the mechanical property similarities and differences of magnesium alloy plates and titanium alloy ones in the process of femoral fracture knitting by means of electrometrie method and numerical simulation method to verify the experiment results. Under uniaxial compression load,the result shows that the measured points of femoral medial area generally sit in the compression state, while those of the bone-plate side for stretching,which are the same for 8 location on both the magnesium-alloy bone plate and the titanium-alloy bone plate. And with the further healing process of fracture, the measured points'stress of the femoral medial rises gradually while that of bone plates generally having a decrease trend. In a nutshell, the magnesium-alloy bone plate has similar mechanical properties as the titanium-alloy one in the process of the bone fracture treatment.
