摘 要:以某油气集输站场为例进行安全评价.根据站场工艺流程对集输系统进行子系统划分,并在此基础上全面分析影响站场安全的危险危害因素.同时利用层次分析原理建立原油储存子系统的安全评价指标体系,并应用专家评分法,建立模糊关系矩阵、确定指标因素权重.最后对原油储存子系统进行模糊综合评价,求得该系统的安全等级为中等安全,仍存在安全隐患,特别是权重系数较大的因素.实例应用表明模糊综合评价法能够识别集输站场各系统存在的隐患,对不同系统进行安全评价并提出改进措施,对提高集输站场工艺设施及操作的可靠性具有十分重要的作用.The oil and gas gathering station field is carried out safety evaluation as an example. According to the process of station field, the subsystem is divided, and on this basis, a comprehensive analysis of the risk factors affecting the safety of the station is analyzed. At the same time, the safety evaluation index system of crude oil storage subsystem is established by using the analytic hierarchy process, and the fuzzy relation matrix and the weight of the index factors is established by using the expert scoring method. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of crude oil storage subsystem is carried out, and the safety level of the station is moderately safe,and there is still a safe hidden danger,especially for the unit with large weight coefficient. The application results shows that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can identify the hidden trouble existing in the gathering station and yard, carry out safety evaluation and put forward the improvement measures to different system, to take good effects on the reliability of gathering station process facilities and operating.
