摘  要:用热电厂废渣粉煤灰,P·O 42.5级水泥及其他添加剂作为粉料,以膨胀珍珠岩为骨核,添加适量的界面改性剂,经配料、制球、养护等步骤,得到一种堆积密度低、筒压强度高、用灰量大、粒径均匀的新型免烧粉煤灰陶粒。该陶粒生产工艺简单,成本低,而且还能充分利用工业废渣粉煤灰。以自制陶粒为骨料,利用普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,辅以减水剂,制备的多孔水泥基吸音材料,经测试在500Hz左右吸音效果最佳。Thermal power plant fly ash residue,P·O 42.5 cement and other additives as powder,with expanded perlite as bone core,add appropriate amount of interface modifier,through steps of proportioning,ball making,maintenance,a bulk density low,the cylinder pressure strength is high,with large amount of fly ash,particle size distribution model of unifired fly ash haydite.The ceramic granule has the advantages of simple production process and low cost,and can make full use of industrial waste slag powder coal ash.Homemade ceramsite as aggregate,by using ordinary portland cement as cementitious material,supplemented by water reducing agent,preparation of porous cement sound-absorbing materials and has been tested in around 500 Hz sound-absorbing the effect is best.
