摘 要:针对广泛关注的抛填骨料与基准混凝土密实化的问题,采用室内试验模拟和实际工程检测,探讨了抛填骨料水泥混凝土路面的密实化过程并评价了其密实化程度。研究表明:抛填粗集料在振捣作用下向上迁移,被基准混凝土中浆体充分包裹,密实良好;抛填骨料水泥混凝土路面芯样与普通混凝土路面相比,浆体富余少,粗集料间相互嵌锁,45 d抗折强度提高约10%;探底雷达检测表明抛填骨料水泥混凝土路面缺陷率与普通混凝土路面相当,密实化程度高。As for the extensive dispute of scattering-filling coarse aggregate(SFCA)concrete compaction with reference cement concrete,it researched the compacting process of scattering-filling coarse aggregate concrete via laboratory simulation test and practical engineering testing,and the level of concrete densification was valued.The study draw the following conclusions,compared to ordinary pavement,the mortar in SFCA concrete pavement was fewer and the coarse aggregate was interlocked,the 45 d flexural strength increases by about 10%.The detection by ground penetrating radar(GPR)shown that the defect ratio in SFCA concrete pavement was approximately equal to ordinary concrete pavement,the densification level was high.
