依那普利叶酸片对H型1级高血压患者左室重塑的干预研究

摘　　要：目的:分析依那普利叶酸片对H型1级高血压患者左室重塑的干预影响,旨在为H型1级高血压患者临床用药予以指导。方法:搜集整理2016年8月-2017年1月在本院接受治疗的100例H型1级高血压左室重塑患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者给予单纯依那普利片药物治疗,观察组患者给予依那普利叶酸片治疗。观察比较两组患者在高血压的控制、心脏结构、心功能方面的改变,以及主要心血管事件发生率的差异。结果:治疗后,两组患者的Hcy水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者日间平均收缩压和舒张压均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的LVST、LVPWT、LVDd、LVEF均较对照组显著改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组的LVM明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组主要心血管事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依那普利叶酸片对降低H型1级高血压患者Hcy水平、提高左心室舒张与收缩功能有着显著的积极干预作用,值得在临床应用中加以推广。Objective： To analyze the effect of Enalaprilat Folie Acid Tablets on left ventricular remodeling in patients with H type grade 1 hypertension, and to provide guidance for the clinical use of patients with H type grade 1 hypertension.Method： 100 patients with H type grade 1 hypertension left ventricular remodeling in our hospital from August 2016 to January 2017 were collected, according to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group.The control group was given simple Enalaprilat Tablets, the observation group was given Enalaprilat Folic Acid Tablets.The control of high blood pressure, cardiac structure and cardiac function changes, and the difference of incidence of major cardiovascular events were observed and compared.Result： After treatment, the Hey levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment （ P〈0.05 ）, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . After treatment, the average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before treatment （ P〈0.05 ）, and the observation group were lower than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . After treatment, the LVST, LVPWT, LVDd, LVEF in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.01 ） .After treatment, the LVM in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The incidence of major cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Enalaprilat Folic Acid Tablets has a significant positive effect on reducing the level of Hcy in patients with H type 1 hypertension and improving left ventricular diastolic and systolic function, it is worthy to be popularized in clinical ap
