试析法治教育融入高校思想政治课教学的途径

摘　　要：通过分析当今高校法治教育的现状,指出存在的问题。分析法治教育和思想政治课教学融合的可行性,并从培养目标、教学内容、教学方法、培养法治观念等方面,把法治教育真正纳入思想政治教育体系之中,使两者融合,增强大学生法治教育的实效性。Based on the analysis of the present situation of rule of law education in colleges and universi- ties, this paper points out the existing problems, and analyzes the feasibility of the integoation of rule of law education into the ideological and political education. From training objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods and cultivating the concept of rule of law, the paper studies the ways of such an inttgra- tion so as to enhance the effectiveness of college students＇ rule of law education.
