摘　　要：俄罗斯劳动力人口年均减少约100万,且人口老龄化严重,部分行业过度依赖外国劳务,而且劳动力缺口的地区分布不平衡。从2001年开始,俄对外国劳务实行配额制度管理。农业合作是中俄两国最具潜力的合作方向之一,也是中俄进一步加强劳务合作的主攻方向之一。Russia's labor force population reduces by a million or so in average and population-aging trends are serious. some industries are too dependent on foreign labor and the geographical distribution short of labor is very unbalanced. Since 2001,Russia has implemented the quota system to manage foreign labor. Agricultural cooperation is one of Sino-Russian greatest potential cooperation directions and one of Sino-Russian main developing directions to further strengthen labor cooperation.
