摘  要:针对波纹补偿器压力应力试验中应变计粘贴工艺复杂导致的坏片率高且严重影响测试结果等问题,提出了一种波纹管复杂曲面应变计粘贴工艺流程及方法。首先从粘贴表面的物理特性和化学特性上确保应变计粘贴质量,其次关注全工艺流程的绝缘保护和物理保护,并同时采用专用粘贴工具来全面应对波纹管弧形面的粘贴环境。试验结果表明:应变计粘贴可靠,粘贴效率高。Aiming at the problem of high rate of the bad pasted strain gauge and seriously affected the test results and other issues, a bellows complex surface strain gauge paste process and method was proposed. Firstly, ensured the paste quality of the strain gauge from the physical and chemical characteristics of the adhered surface. Secondly, paid attention to the insulation pro- tection and physical protection of the whole process. At the same time, a special pasting tool was adopted to fully cope with the bonding environment of the arc-shaped surface of the bellows. The results showed that the strain gauge pasted reliable, could have highly adhesive efficiency.
