摘　　要：中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)反映了体内中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞水平的平衡状态,是一个新型的全身炎症反应标志物。对于冠状动脉内固定狭窄的治疗,多采用支架置入治疗,NLR有助于经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗患者在术前进行危险分层评估,在冠状动脉支架置入前、支架置入时及发生术后并发症时均发现与NLR水平升高有一定关系,NLR对于PCI术后出现并发症有预测价值。NLR是一种容易获得的炎症标志物,今后将有更广阔的应用前景。The neutrophil/lymphoeyte ratio （NLR） reflects the balance of neutrophil and lymphocyte levels in the body,which is a new type of systemic inflammatory response marker. For the treatment of fixed coronary stenosis, stent implantation is often adopted, and NLR is helpful to the preoperative assessment of risk stratification of patients receiving pereutaneous coronary intervention（PCI） , and it＇s found that the elevated levels of NLR have a certain relationship with preoperative ,iutraoperative and postoperative complications of coronary stent implantation. NLR is of predictive value for PCI postoperative complication, and is a marker of inflammation with easy access, therefore will have broader application prospects.
