髓样细胞表达激发受体1在骨与关节疾病中的研究进展

摘　　要：髓样细胞表达激发受体1(TREM-1)是一种免疫球蛋白超家族活化受体,目前研究已发现它参与炎症反应,尤其在感染性疾病中发挥重要作用,而在类风湿关节炎、痛风性关节炎、化脓性关节炎、其他非感染性炎性关节炎等骨与关节疾病中研究较少。TREM-1不仅在感染性组织中高表达,在非感染性炎症、结缔组织及肿瘤组织中也有增高表现。而研究TREM-1在骨与关节病中的表达作用,可为临床相关疾病研究提供新的评判标准及诊治方向。Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells （TREM）-1 is an immunoglobulin superfamily activated receptor, and the present study has found that it is involved in inflammatory response, and plays an important role especially in infectious diseases, while it has been studied less frequently in bone and joint diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, suppurative arthritis, other non-infectious inflammatory arthritis. TREM-1 not only is expressed in infectious diseases,but also is increasingly expressed in non-infectious inflammation, connective tissue and tumor tissue. Studies on the expression of TREM-1 in bone and joint disease can provide new criteria and diagnostic and therapeutic direction for the clinical research about related diseases.
