摘　　要：磁共振成像(MRI)是胎盘无创性功能评估的先进技术,已形成一套较为完善的临床检查方案,能够提供活体胎盘的解剖及功能信息。MRI诊断胎盘附着异常疾病征象包括胎盘位置异常、胎盘及子宫信号异常等。MRI对于胎盘植入、胎盘前置的诊断准确性优于超声,尤其适用于超声诊断困难的胎盘复杂情况。多种功能MRI技术方法已用于胎盘动物实验和临床研究。胎盘MRI具有良好的研究潜力和临床应用前景。Magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） is an advanced technique for noninvasive evaluation of placenta, and a complete clinical examination program has been formed. MRI provides anatomic and functional information of placenta in vivo. The MRI signs of placenta abnormal attachment include abnormal location of placenta and signal abnormalities of placenta and uterus. MRI is superior to ultrasound in the diagnosis of placenta implantation and previa, especially suitable for the complex condition which is difficult to diagnose by ultrasound. Various techniques of functional MRI have been used in animal experiments and elinical studies of placenta. Placenta MRI has more research potentialities and a good clinical application prospect.
