摘　　要：探讨医疗联合体模式下双向转诊的运作机制。介绍杭州市第一人民医院集团医疗联合体运行模式,在此基础上规范双向转诊运作流程,发现问题并提出建议,从而为进一步完善双向转诊制度提供依据。To explore the operation mechanism of two-way referral in health alliance. By introdhcing the operation model of health alliance of Hangzhou First People＇s Hospital, the operation process of two-way referral was standardized and problems and suggestions were put forward, which could provide reference for further improvement of the two-way referral system.
