摘　　要：目的探索开展病区楼层超声工作模式对提高医疗服务品质、提升服务水平和病人满意度的效果。方法在住院部相应病区楼层开设超声室,以服务临床、方便住院病人。结果改变传统工作模式,提高了超声检查的工作效率,缩短了病人超声检查的预约时间,加快了出报告时间,提升了病人和临床科室医护人员的满意度。结论开设病区楼层超声室,方便病人,提高工作效率,降低服务成本。Objective To explore the effect of carrying out ward ultrasound on improving medical service quality, service levels and patients＂ satisfaction. Methods Ultrasound room was opened in corresponding wards so as to serve the clinic and facilitate inpatients. Results It changed the traditional work mode, improved the efficiency of ultrasound examination, shortened patient＇s appointment time, speeded up the reporting time and improved the satisfaction of both patients and medical staffs in clinical departments. Conclusion Ward ultrasound room could facilitate patients, improve work efficiency and reduce service costs.
