微信管理对术前预置双J管患者焦虑及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化微信管理对输尿管软镜术前预置双J管患者焦虑及生活质量的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年6月至2016年6月泌尿外科两个病区收治的肾结石行输尿管软镜术前预置双J管患者248例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各124例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,采用医护一体化微信管理方式进行院外延续性服务。应用焦虑量表、生活质量评分评估术前预置双J管患者焦虑程度、生活质量满意度。结果观察组预置双J管期间焦虑程度、对生活质量的满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对肾结石行输尿管软镜术前预置双J管患者进行医护一体化微信管理,可显著减轻患者术前焦虑程度,提高患者置管期间生活质量,有助于手术顺利完成。Objective To explore the effect of health care integration WeChat management on the anxiety and life quality of patients with preset double J tube before undertaking flexible ureteroscopy. Methods 248 patients with kidney stones who received preset double J tube before undertaking flexible ureteroscopy from June 2015 to June 2016 in two wards from urology department were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 124 cases respectively. Both groups were given routine nursing care while the observation group was additionally given health care integration WeChat management to continue hospital service after discharge. Anxiety scale and life quality evaluation was used to assess the anxiety and life quality satisfaction before presetting double J tube in patients. Results The anxiety and life quality satisfaction of observation group during the period of preset double J tube were better than those of control group. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Health care integration WeChat management on patients with kidney stones who received preset double J tube before undertaking flexible ureteroscopy could significantly reduce preoperative anxiety, improve patients＂ life quality, which was conductive to operation.
