护理移动查房车在乳腺外科护理中的应用及效果

摘　　要：目的分析移动查房车在乳腺外科护理质量管理及提高护理满意度中的应用效果。方法选择2014年8月至2016年9月在我院乳腺外科接受治疗的乳腺肿瘤患者178例作为研究对象,根据入院顺序分为对照组(2014年8月至2015年8月)和观察组(2015年9月至2016年9月),每组89例。对两组患者护理满意度,生活质量以及查房时间和不良事件发生情况进行统计分析。结果观察组患者住院时间,单次查房时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者生理机能,生理职能,躯体疼痛,一般健康状况,活力状况,社会功能,情感职能以及心理健康状况评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组感染、护理不当以及医患纠纷等不良事件的发生均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理移动查房车可有效提高乳腺外科护理质量,降低护理过程中各类不良事件发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of ward round mobile cart in improving nursing quality management and nursing satisfaction in breast surgery. Methods 178 patients who were treated in breast surgery department in our hospital from August 2014 to September 2016 were selected as research objects. They were divided into control group （from August 2014 to August 2015） and observation group （from September 2015 to September 2016） according to their order of admission, with 89 cases in each group. Nursing satisfaction, life quality, ward round time and adverse events in two groups were analyzed. Results The hospital stays and single ward round time of observation group was significantly shorter than the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of physiological function, physical role, body pain, general health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse events in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Patients＂ nursing satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing ward round mobile cart can effectively improve the nursing quality in breast surgery department, reduce the incidence of adverse events in nursing process and improve nursing satisfaction.
