摘　　要：全国高校的扩招工作顺利展开,逐渐导致大学在校生和毕业生的数量急速递增,并且已经远远的超过了社会的需求量。很多大学生都有着同样的难题,在校期间面临"赚钱难"毕业后面临着"就业难"的问题。同时很多商家也因为各种线上线下的竞争因素,需要越来越多可以迅速担当一面的长短期员工。商家的需求与学生的意愿无法及时匹配,形成了当前较为严峻的就业环境。本文主要介绍基于Android平台开发"兼小助"app,通过"兼小助"app平台整合多种兼职信息资源。使商家可以通过"兼小助"了解同行之间的人力资源的竞争情况,并且直接在广大的学生群体中寻找合适的人力资源,而学生群体也可以利用"兼小助"的信息共享优势对相关兼职进行比较和筛选,积累工作经验,更快的在相关行业中锻炼并且提升自身工作、交际等多方面的能力,更早适应工作的环境和氛围,为大学生提供更好的兼职信息交流平台。形成商家与学生的双赢局面。Enrollment expansion in colleges and universities gradually leads to the rapid increase in the number of undergraduates and graduates,exceeding the demand of the society.For most college students,it is hard to earn money during college and also hard to find a good job after graduation.At the same time,due to a variety of online and offline competitive factors,many businesses are in need of long-term and short-term employees who can undertake tasks quickly.The needs of businesses and the willingness of students can＇t match each other in time,which has formed a severe employment situation. This paper introduces an android-based applicatiqn for college students,named as Short Shift Assistant,to integrate various resources of part-time job information.Through this application platform,businesses can learn about HR competition pressure from their rivals and hunt for suitable college students,while college students can take advantage of the information sharing function to filter and choose appropriate part-time jobs,from which students can accumulate their practical experience and enhance their work and communication ability in relevant industries and fields.This application can empower college students get accustomed to work environment and atmosphere before graduation,providing a better part-time job information exchange platform for college students and achieving a win-win situation for both businesses and students.
