摘  要:在钢管结构实际工程中,由于型材定尺生产、加工下料、运输等原因,大量杆件本身需要相互连接.本文研究的内置刚性连接方式,由十字连接板、垫板和高强度螺栓组成,钢管和十字插板采用角焊缝连接,十字插板之间采用摩擦型高强度螺栓连接.对轴力作用下节点受力性能进行了6个试件的轴心受拉试验.研究结果表明,通过螺栓连接和钢管的等强设计可有效传递轴力,十字插板长度在一定范围内增加可有效增加节点承载力,但由于连接处存在截面突变,容易引起应力集中和应力分布不均匀现象,在设计时应该考虑由此引起的剪切滞后效应.In practical application of steel tubular structures, a large number of tubes are connected with themselves because of fixed length production, material cutting, transportation and other factors. The inner set bolted joint in this paper consists of two cross connecting plates, backing plate and high-strength bolts. The cross plates are connected to the steel tube with filled weld and were bolted with each other using friction-type high strength bolts. Load-carrying capacity experiment of 6 specimens subject to axial tension are carried out. The results of this study show that, the inner set bolted joint can transfer axial force effectively, but it is easy to cause stress concentration and uneven distribution of the stress at the section break. The shear lag effect of the inner set bolted joint should be considered in design.
