摘 要:弦支穹顶结构在预应力施工过程中环索和索撑节点之间的摩擦力会产生可观的预应力损失,并且会导致施工完成后弦支穹顶结构的预应力分布显著偏离设计状态,从而明显削弱弦支穹顶结构的性能.本文提出了一种可用于弦支穹顶结构的滚动式索撑节点,并通过试验和有限元分析研究了这种新型索撑节点的预应力损失和力学性能.根据试验数据,对比传统的索撑节点发现,新型的索撑节点可以减少预应力损失从21.65%到10.85%.除此之外,试验结果和有限元分析结果均表明新型索撑节点的力学性能安全合理.因此,在弦支穹顶结构未来的设计中可以推广这种滚动式索撑节点.A remarkable pre-stressing loss was induced by the friction between hoop cable and ca- ble-strut joint during the pre-stressing construction of suspen-dome structures. The pre-stressing loss after construction results in significant deviation of the pre-stressing distribution of suspen- dome from the design status, which decreases the structural behavior of suspen-dome structure obviously. In this paper, a rolling cable-strut joint for suspen-dome structures was presented. Both experiment and FE analysis were carried out to study the pre-stressing loss and mechanical behavior for this new cable-strut joint. Compared with the traditional cable-strut joint, the new rolling cable-strut joint can decrease the pre-stressing loss from 21. 65% to 10.85% according to the test data. Furthermore, the result from both experiment and FE analysis shows that the me- chanical behavior of the new cable-strut joint was safe and rational. Therefore, the rolling cable- strut joint was recommended for future design of suspen-dome structures.
