摘　　要：本文详细介绍了中山优威推出的无溶剂凹印技术的特点和优势，该技术配合氮气保护装置新技术、紫外线固化油墨等新方法，解决了UV油墨在凹印机上无法实现完全干燥的技术难题，是一种安全的VOCs零排放的凹印技术。This paper introduces the characteristics and advantages of solvent-free gravure technology introduced by Zhongshan Youwei in detail.With new nitrogen protection device technology, UV curing ink and other new methods,this technology has solved the technical problems that UV ink in the gravure machine can not be completely dried ,so it is a safe VOCs zero emissions gravure technology.
