摘 要:以芦苇为材料,对含砷土壤中砷的吸收转运情况进行分析研究,以期为利用芦苇修复本地砷污染土壤提供科学依据。通过盆栽模拟试验,添加外源砷,设置6个不同的土壤砷浓度,以芦苇为砷污染土壤修复材料,生长60天后,对芦苇在砷污染土壤环境中的生长、吸收及转运规律进行研究和探索。结果表明:芦苇经不同砷浓度胁迫60天后,不同砷浓度对芦苇株高、萌芽及展叶均有一定影响,砷浓度从200 mg/kg梯度依次加大时,芦苇地上地下部分鲜重呈现较快下降的趋势,芦苇干重随着土壤砷浓度的增加总体呈现下降的趋势,土壤砷含量与芦苇地下部分砷含量呈极显著的正相关。可得出结论:芦苇是一种耐砷性强的植物,具有修复当地砷污染土壤的潜能。To explore the absorption and transport of As by Phragmites communis, and provide references for repairing As contaminated soil, 6 As contents were designed to study the growth of P. communis, and its absorption and transport of As in contaminated soil after 60 days. The results showed that different concentrations of As had certain effects on plant height, bud and leaf of P. communis, the fresh weight of overground and underground part decreased when As concentration rose from 200 mg/kg, the dry weight decreased with the increase of As concentration, soil As content was positively correlated with As content in underground part of P. communis. P. communis was a kind of As resistant plant, and had potential As remediation ability.
