摘  要:目的了解中山地区儿童感染肺炎链球茵(SP)的耐药情况。方法选取本院2014年3月至2016年3月486例SP感染的儿童,收集其痰液,共分离出486株SP,使用K.B纸片扩散法对SP进行药物敏感实验,E test法测定抗生素的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果 486株SP对阿莫西林的耐药率18.1%,万古霉素1.0%,阿奇霉素92.2%,复方新诺明67.1%,美罗培南23.0%,氨苄青霉素15.6%,青霉素94.6%,头孢曲松23.0%,氧氟沙星14.6%,头孢克洛5.8%,氯霉素21.2%,红霉素92.4%。结论中山地区儿童SP感染较为严重,其抗生素治疗敏感性不一,临床用药应慎重。Objective To investigate the drug resistance of children with Streptococcus pneumoniae (SP) infection in Zhongshan area. Methods Four hundred and eighty-six children with SP infection from Mareh 2014 to March 2016 were followed and their sputum were collected, and 486 SPs were isolated. Drug susceptibility test was performed by using KB disk diffusion method. E test was used to determine antibiotics of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MJC). Results The resistance rate of 486 strains of SP to amoxicillin was 18.1%, vancomycin was 1.0%, azithromycin 92.2%, eotrimoxazole 67.1%, meropenem 23.0%, ampicillin 15.6% and penicillin 94.6%, ceflriaxone 23.0%, forloxacin 14.6%, cefaelor 5.8%, fluoromycin 21.2% and erythromycin 92.4%. Conclusion SP infection in children in Zhongshan area is quite serious, and the sensitivity of antibiotic treatment is different, clinical medication should be performed carefully.
