加快完善我国现代综合交通运输体系的分析和思考

摘　　要：经过多年不断深化改革和加快发展,近年来,我国交通运输业中各种主要运输方式已经初步具备了融合发展的机制基础、物质基础、社会基础和技术基础。但是,仍存在各种运输方式规划建设统筹不够、结构不合理、衔接不畅,以及管理体制机制不完善等问题。建议从加强对综合交通运输体系发展的指导、继续深化交通运输大部门制改革、完善综合交通运输法律法规制度、健全综合交通运输发展机制、加快各种运输方式数据资源互联互通等方面加快完善我国现代综合交通运输体系。Through years of continuous deepening the reform and accelerating the development, the main transport modes in China have been established the mechanism, material, social and technological foundation of integration in recent years. Meanwhile, there are still problems, such as lack of overall planning and construction, unreasonable structure of transport, poor connection of different modes of transport, imperfect management system and mechanism, and so on. The suggestions for speeding up the perfection of the modern integrated transport system of China are proposed as follouings： strengthening the guidance on the development of integrated transport system, deepening the super-ministry transport management system, improving the laws and regulations system of integrated transport, improving the development mechanism of integrated transport, accelerating the data resource interconnection of various modes of transport.
