复合粘结剂的无机改性对铝用炭间糊性能的影响

摘  要:分别采用氧化硼、碳化硅、人造石墨对改质沥青-煤焦油复合粘结剂进行无机改性,并与电煅无烟煤、熟碎、沥青焦制备铝电解用炭间糊,研究添加剂种类对炭间糊常规性能、膨胀/收缩过程以及失重过程的影响。结果表明,三种添加剂显著降低了炭间糊在升温过程中的体积膨胀,并改变了炭间糊的膨胀/收缩过程,但未能降低恒温后的热收缩;其中人造石墨添加剂有效改善了制备炭间糊的灰分、体积密度、耐压强度,减缓了炭间糊的失重过程,同时将残炭值由86.30%提高至88.73%,人造石墨添加剂对于复合粘结剂的无机改性效果远优于氧化硼、碳化硅添加剂。Modified pitch - coal tar composite binder was modified by adding 4% B203 particles, 4% SiC particles or 4% AG particles, respectively. Ramming pastes was synthesized using modified composite binder and calcined anthracite coal, baked scrap, coal derived pitch coke as aggregate. The effect of additives on the conventional properties, expansion/shrinkage process and weight loss process of ramming paste were investigated. The results in- dicated that the additives significantly reduced the volume expansion, changed the expansion/shrinkage process of ramming paste and failed to reduce the heat shrinkage after constant temperature. The artificial graphite additive effectively improved the ash content, bulk density and compressive strength of ramming paste, reduced the weight loss rate and increased the carbon yield from 86. 30% to 88.73%. The artificial graphite additive has a better inorgan- ic modification effect than boron oxide, silicon carbide.
