摘　　要：随着计算机和网络技术的发展，学术资源共享领域出现了一种新模式，即开放获取（Open Access）模式。其理念是为用户免费开放学术资源，促进知识的传播与共享。开放获取模式的提出立即引起了国内外的广泛关注，已经发展成为了学术资源共享的新趋势。然而，开放获取的发展还面临着严峻挑战，特别是其使用还不方便，用户不愿接受的现实。提出以学术资源开放获取为研究对象，构建以用户为中心的智能开放获取平台，旨在利用大数据技术、人工智能算法技术等先进技术，实现简单易用的资源开放获取。With the development of computer and network technology, a new mode emerges in the field of academic resources sharing, which is called the ＂open access＂ mode. The notion of it is to provide free academic resources to the users and promote the transmission and sharing of the knowl- edge. However,the development of open access still faces great challenges, especially the fact that it＇ s not convenient to use and it＇s not accepted by most of the users. This paper suggests constructing a user-centered intelligent open access platform, based on using the advanced technology such as big data and artificial intelligence algorithm. The research aims at developing an open access platform which is easier and more efficient to use for the users.
