摘　　要：博士生学位论文开题查新不仅是提高博士生学位论文质量的必要环节,也是高校图书馆科技查新服务的重要拓展。文章在分析博士生学位论文开题查新和人文社会科学查新研究现状的基础上,结合自身工作实践,探讨了人文社会科学博士生学位论文开题查新中存在的问题,并提出了提高人文社会科学博士生学位论文开题查新质量的措施。参考文献14。The Novehy search of the doctoral dissertations proposals is a necessary link to raise the quality of doctoral dissertations, and is also an important expansion of Sci - Tech novelty search service of universities and colleges libraries. Based on the analysis of the current research situation of the novelty search of doctoral dissertations proposals and humanities and social sciences, combining with the author＇s working experience, the problems of novelty search of doctoral dissertations proposals of humanities and social sciences are discussed, and the measures to improve the novelty search of doctoral dissertations proposals of humanities and social sciences are provided.
