摘 要:采用不同比边缘负荷,比较研究了3种混合木浆磨浆性能。结果表明:~#3纸浆容易打浆,~#1纸浆次之,~#2纸浆最难打浆;当纸浆打浆度低于60°SR时,~#2纸浆、~#3纸浆的抗张强度较大,当纸浆打浆度低于60°SR时,~#1纸浆、~#3纸浆的抗张强度更具优势;~#2纸浆成纸松厚度大,~#1纸浆、~#3纸浆的成纸松厚度较差。另外,比边缘负荷较低时,混合木浆磨浆能耗和成纸性能更好。Refining properties of three bleached mixed hardwood pulps were studied comparely, with different specific edge loads(SEL). No.3 pulp shows a fastest development of a target beating degree, No.1 pulp comes second, and No.2 pulp is the most difficult to beat. No.2 and No.3 pulp have higher tensile strength, with a beating degree less than 60~SR, while No.1 and No.3 pulp are more competitive with a beating degree over 60°SR; No.2 pulp has higher bulk than other pulps, Higher strength properties and less energy consumption have been carried out, at low SEL.
