磷石膏晶须的制备及其在造纸中的应用

摘　　要：用磷石膏制备高附加值的磷石膏晶须,不仅能提高磷石膏的开发利用率,还可节省植物纤维和天然矿物原料。本文介绍磷石膏从加工预处理到制备石膏晶须的工艺方法。将磷石膏晶须应用于造纸中的主要方向是:部分替代植物纤维、做纸张填料以及做涂布颜料。Production of high added value phosphogypsum whisker not only can improve the utilization rate of the phosphogypsum, but also may save the plant fiber and natural mineral raw materials.This paper introduces the phosphogypsum from pretreatment processing to research phosphogypsum whisker produce technology. Phosphogypsum whisker was applied to the the paper main including in： partly replace plant fiber, used as paper fillers and coating pigments.
