摘　　要：目的:探索经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测诊断异位妊娠的临床价值。方法:126例拟实施终止妊娠的早期孕妇,其中50例为异位妊娠孕妇,列为异位组,另外76例为正常宫内妊娠孕妇,列为正常组。分析两组孕妇的子宫动脉、螺旋动脉、滋养动脉阻力指数等指标。结果:异位组孕妇的子宫动脉阻力指数为(0.92±0.03)、螺旋动脉阻力指数为(0.75±0.15),低于正常组孕妇的(0.77±0.06)和(0.58±0.17),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声检测对早期诊断异位妊娠具有重要的临床意义。Objective：To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color doppler sonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：126 cases of early pregnant women who were planning to terminate the pregnancy were included in the study.Among them,50 cases were ectopic pregnancy,which were classified as ectopic group,and the other 76 cases were normal pregnant women as normal group.The indexes of uterine artery,spiral artery and nutrient artery resistance index of two groups were compared.Results：The uterine artery resistance index（0.92 ± 0.03） and spiral artery resistance index（0.75 ± 0.15）were lower in the ectopic group than in the normal group（0.77±0.06） and（0.58±0.17）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Transvaginal color doppler sonography has important clinical significance in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
